Reports and Analytics showing wrong refund data

It sounds like, for some orders, WooCommerce Analytics is reporting refunds but when you check the individual orders, they weren’t refunded.

I understand you have already cleared the analytics cache in WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache and imported the historical data in Analytics > Settings.

Hi @iamcrazymaster,

Thanks for providing the system status as requested.

I selected a date range of a few months back but was unable to replicate the issue you’re describing.

It sounds like there’s something conflicting with WooCommerce in your environment.

I would suggest creating a staging site to perform tests without affecting your live site. A staging site is a clone or copy of the live site and your host could help with this, but if the feature is not available you can use WP Staging.

Once that’s created, deactivate everything but WooCommerce, and start placing test orders. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Another suggestion is to enable debugging in WordPress to see if an error will be logged next time this occurs which can give you hints on what may be causing this issue. Follow the steps here for debugging in WordPress:
