Reporting/Blocking an email address – how, where, what to do?

Hi there, I am the owner of the following blog: https://32spokesmtb.com which is an online magazine in spanish.
Funnily I been getting dozens of new user registers, and all of them are from poland, most of them have the following email address:
“user”@trolling-google.pl
I haven been searching all over on how to report an email address, to either WP or Google itself and I cant find the way, links and more links and more links and more links linking to a ton of non relevant info.So far “users” of these trolling-google.pl addresses have not had any activity on my blog, but I find it weird and worriesome that I get so many registers from this address.
What is to be done?
