• Hi there,

I have hosting at Kinsta and the Plugin notices me that the runtime is set to 0, I’ve talked to the support and they told me that it’s not the case, the php runtime is set normally and most probabbly it’s hitting a cache.

I’ve also checked the cart/checkout and still 0.

I trust Kinsta support so, most probabbly it’s a bug.

Any ideas how and where from?

This is probably caused by a plugin or theme on your site. I’d start by deactivating your plugins one by one, or switching to one of the default themes such as TwentyNineteen.

Failing that, you’ll need to take a look on your config files (such as wp-config.php) to see if anything is overriding the max_execution_time directive.

Unfortunately it’s not possible for QM to determine what sets this value. It’s not something that’s exposed by PHP.

    Hmm,

OK, I’ll make a stage to find the cause of this issue, gonna post back with the results, thx!
