I have a scorm package displayed using Cluevo. It displays for free so it is assigned to the guest role.

When I browse the site as a guest (not logged in) user, reporting is not collected. Is this possible to setup? or is some additional step to allow reporting to work with guest access viewing?

    Hi there,
thank you for reaching out. There is no reporting possible for guest users. The plugin can not differentiate what user did what courses when there is no login or some sort of identification.

What data for the guests would you need exactly?

    Best regards,
    Elias

    Hi Elias

My client is after the time Guests took to fill out each module and the total completion time etc. Users are not required to login as the extra step prevents users from using the tool.

    Hi,
so if I understand correctly, it would be enough for your client to get an average completion time per module and an average completion time overall, without identification of the individual users?

    Best,
    Elias

    Hi

Yes that would be great if possible?

    Hi,
this is not possible at the moment, but we have gathered some ideas how we could implement it for you. Please submit a ticket under https://wp-lms.cluevo.at/ so we can discuss the possibilities.

    Best regards,
    Elias
