Report: Time, Date, Location etc

  • Hello,
    I’m interested on your plugin, but I would aks to you if there’s a tracking system (also a simple editable list) with every single attendance/intervention to a customer.
    So the customers can view not only the amount of hours, but also a report with some information like time and date, location, description of intervention, person reference (who have requested the intervention or who have sign the paper report).
    It will be wonderful also if the customers can open a support request ticket directly by email or by the website to add a “item” in the client request list where we can convert/complete with hour and date etc after the attendance, so this item will go in the report of spent/available hours of that customer.
    I hope my english isn’t too bad ??

    Hi there @7wolf! Sorry for the belayed reaction. I was not subscribed to my own plugin form yet.

    I see where you are aiming for but I think that it overshoots the reason I created this plugin a bit. What you are looking for is somewhat of a support area within WordPress. I created this plugin with small projects in mind where the developer is in direct contact with the customer via E-Mail, Trello or some other kind of reporting tool.

    What you describe in your first part of your post is on my wanted list though. I would love to make a way where you can set the amount spent, description, etc per task. The amount of time would add up automatically to the total amount of time spent.

    As I just started into developing plugins, I currently do not have the knowledge to create this very quickly, but definitely going to look into it as soon as I have more time.

    Please let me know what you think of my proposal and if it will fit your needs.
