I tried installing the plugin, but the quarterly report of q3 only shows 1 order from france, even though I filled in the VAT system ages ago and if should show much more orders within the netherlands and multiple countries in europe. What is going on?
    Thank you.

    Hi there,

you should check the orders in q3 explicitly and see, which orders (exactly) you think the OSS procedure should include. What’s your configured base country in Woo > Settings > General?

Anyway you might enable logging via:
    https://gist.github.com/dennisnissle/0f7658a9ba175b75fb96759409eef104

And check your log files after generating a report under WooCommerce > Status > log files.

    Cheers

thank you for the quick reply. I’m afraid I’m not IT skilled enough to meddle with code or to know where and how to use it.
Base country is set to the Netherlands where I operate, all tax rates are all filled in correctly my wordpress automatically. I think theoretically it should all work, but for some reason it has only registered that one french order but not the others.

You might need to consult a web dev if in doubt but editing your (child-) theme’s functions.php is a non-dev task I guess: https://wpdavies.dev/how-to-edit-functions-php-in-wordpress/

After seeing the logs, you might know better what the actual issue is and why the other orders are not registered as OSS-capable.

    Cheers
