Report says 0 EUR

    Halloch?n,

    I′m using Germanized Pro and now installed your OSS Plugin, but as the title indicates, my reports are 0€, even though we have been shipping from Germany to different countries in the EU all year long.

    I have tried with manual reports, and even using the preset ones (by quartal, yearly, etc), but the result is always the same.

    I have always calculated the German VAT for all my orders, but as far as I understand this plugin takes into account the shipping address to make the report, so I would have to be seeing a value greater than 0€.

    I have added the snippet that I see you guys have recommended in another thread:

    add_filter( 'oss_woocommerce_enable_extended_logging', '__return_true' );

    but the reports still show 0€.

    Is there any other solution that you see possible?

    Hi there,

    could you please deactivate (for testing purposes – maybe within a staging environment) all the plugins except the OSS plugin and WooCommerce? Furthermore please activate a default theme (e.g. Storefront, TwentyX). Does the issue (after creating a new report) remain? Are you using the latest version of the plugin? Are you using Multi-Language-Plugins (e.g. WPML)?

    The filter you’ve inserted does only add additional logs to WooCommerce > Status > Logs – you should check the log files created (with the oss prefix) there to find details.
