    Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately still get the same error. I have been using various options and tried different e-mail addresses. But nothing changes.

    “Report not sent
    Email service returned an error while trying to deliver your report.”

    This error most probably means that the mail service on your server is misconfigured. Do you receive other emails from your site, like registration, password change? If you do, and only Mistape can’t send its emails (which is unlikely), then we might connect with you to investigate further.

    Big thanks. Everything is working now. I set the wrong e-mail. Mistaken SMTP port.
