Report not Sending

  • I am using the basic product 12.6.7. I am using WP Mail SMTP which test and sends email. I have setup the Notifications Tab with an valid email and I enabled Daily reporting. But the system is not sending Emails. I am running WP on IIS. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this. I do not see any logs or where to start the troubleshooting process.

    Same Here i am not receiving emails
    i have also the advanced reporting ad-dons
