What exactly do you mean by ‘Can not use his/her data’? Normally the first time you register someone, the new user’s emailaddress will be stored in the system. Should the new user get an error trying to log in, he or she can always try to recover the password based off of the emailaddress if that makes sense.
Hope that helps
]]>I am really sorry but I have a very difficult time trying to understand what you are saying. Let’s try and see if we can find some more clarity on this going piece by piece.
1) You say “every time this user makes a mistake”. So you mean, every time the user tries to log in with the wrong username or password? Just to make sure….
2) Then you say “the user does not exist and is logged on to the page as an administrator”. How can someone be logged in as an administrator and not exist as a user at the same time?
Let’s start with this.
Also, please give more specific information, like error messages, copying the url of the place where the difficulties occur. Things like that.
Also, have you tried recovering the password using the emailaddress?
