    Hello!

Sorry for the delay and inconvenience.

TSF is somewhat compatible with TranslatePress (you can use it without major issues), but we’re not claiming full compatibility yet (we are aware of several issues). I believe I should highlight this better on our KB, but I’d rather have it fixed.

What you see on the multilingual sitemap is that the language code (e.g., /ru/) is prepended in front of the main language’s URLs without any consideration (issue is tracked at https://github.com/sybrew/the-seo-framework/issues/615).

We’re currently in talks with TranslatePress developers to sort out issues like these. My hope is to achieve this without the SEO Pack so everything “just works.” I plan to address the issues in the next major update of TSF.

In the meantime, you can safely rely on other mechanisms for search engines to find pages on your site, such as breadcrumbs, navigation, archives, related products, etc.

hreflang tags are also correctly outputted by TranslatePress, allowing search engines to immediately find translated copies of every page.
