We have included the shortcode [birth-chart], and I see the form. I fill out the form, and click next, and I get back an error saying the “page could not be found”. I have filled out all enabled fields, have downloaded plugins to allow the system to work on Windows, and have activated my account with GeoName. None of this has worked. Hoping you can shed some light.

First, please try refreshing your permalinks. To do this, go to your WordPress Settings –> Permalinks. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. This may help. Test the form again after this.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, would you be able to provide a link to your form page? Or, if it’s not available because its a local testing site, then try looking in the browser’s console. In Mozilla Firefox, you would press Ctrl + Shift + K and then click on Console. With that open, try filling out and submitting the form. Any errors should be listed in the console.

(If you’re using Google Chrome instead of Mozilla Firefox, you would press Ctrl + Shift + I and then click on Console.)

I can check this out for you if you provide a link to your page.
