First of all, have you removed Pixel Cat from your site or not inserted your Pixel Id because I cannot see the pixels firing.

You should put the lead event on the Thank you page only and not the all pages of your website.

The amount of lead pixel fires is not the same as the amount of leads an ad campaign has produced.
