  • I also have this problem.
When i log in using my usual login it says “Report not available on wordpress.com” but i have a www.remarpro.com site.
When i log in using any old login i get the message you get above…

I’m having this same issue. Can’t access the annual report – and I really want to.

Could you make sure you log in with the WordPress.com account you used to connect your site to WordPress.com in the first place?

If you’re not sure what account you used, you can go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on Debug, and then scroll down to the bottom of the Debug page. You’ll find out the email address of the WordPress.com account currently connected to your site. That should help.

If you forgot your password for that account, you can reset it here:
    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If none of this helps, send us an email from your WordPress.com account email address and we’ll help!

It’s a .org site… maybe that is the problem?

Jetpack is indeed installed on .org sites, but to use Jetpack Stats you connected that site to a WordPress.com account. You consequently need to use that WordPress.com account to access the report.

As far as I can tell, that’s what I did. The info on the report came to the correct email and I clicked on the email and it didn’t work.

I submitted a ticket as you suggested in your previous email above.

How does one connect the WordPress.com account to the www.remarpro.com account? I set up my account as a www.remarpro.com. Jetpack was offered by WordPress.com. I just don’t know how to link these two.

I would really like to view these stats.

@8minutemile When you firs activated the Jetpack plugin, you then connected Jetpack to a WordPress.com account following the instructions in the Jetpack menu in your dashboard.

If you didn’t, none of the Jetpack features are currently active on your site. You can get started by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard and clicking on the Connect button.

If you did, your site is currently connected to a WordPress.com account. If you don’t remember the account you used, go to the Jetpack menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the “Debug” link. On the page that appears, you’ll see the email address of the connected WordPress.com account. You can then log in using that email address here:
    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php

Ok, I found that link at the bottom of the debug page. Thank you.
The e-mail address linked to the wordpress.com account is [email redacted].
The e-mail address linked to my www.remarpro.com account is [email redacted]

I signed out of the .org and into the .com and still got the message that The link is only available to members of that site. — do I have to somehow connect the .com and .org?

Annual reports are private by default. If you want your readers to access your report, you have to make it public thanks to the link in the top right corner of the report.
