Report calculation wrong: Shipping & Tax considered twice

Thanks for creating a ticket. Can you please confirm that which version of Dokan-lite you are using now? I have checked the the-lite version and it is working fine. After checking your screenshot, I have found that you are using Dokan-pro on your website. If yes, then please create a support ticket or contact us.
As the reporting functionality is not available in our free version for that reason, I am unable to discuss pro feature in this free forum.

@wclovers, Thanks for replying back. I have checked on my local server but failed to reproduce the issue. Also, we did not get any report from our other users about the reporting issue. I will check more and if there is an issue then surely we will fix it.

@wclovers, I am sorry if I was not clear for you. In your screenshot, you have mentioned the last balance which is 278. Now, you are saying that the total earning from order #5501 was 111+10+11 = 132 but it is showing balance as $278. I think you are not clear about the statement balance area. On the balance column, we are showing the total balance of a vendor. So, if you can check the last balance of a vendor was $146. So, after getting the order #5501 the balance is 132+146 = 278 so it is not a bug or issue ?? So, it is a sales report and we made it by following the rules of debit/credit.

I have placed a order of total $121 (including shipping + tax)
Generated earning $111 (including shipping + tax as you are deducting Admin Commission $10 from total order value)
Now generating report -> $111 + $10(shipping cost) + $11 (Tax cost) = $132 added to the previous balance $96.40 and final balance comes $228.40

So what is stands, for $121 order a seller’s total earning is (111+10+11) = $132, greater than order total cost (considering shipping and tax cost twice).

You have mentioned, this is the debit/credit rule, then please show me that special rule book ??

Our demo automatically gets reset after a specific time. In this free forum, I am unable to discuss a paid feature anymore. So, it would be better if you can create a support ticket. Also, I want to confirm you that the functionality and the calculation of report section are totally correct and all other customer is using this like that. It would be better if you can check how a bank statement total balance calculated ?? If you really think that it is not working for you then you can modify the report section as you want but from our side, we did not get any issue and we did not get a single report from our paid customer.

We agree with wclover. We are a pro version user and we found that our latest dokan lite + dokan pro is facing wrong calculation issue for report. Besides that, the balance on dashboard is calculated wrongly after perform refunding. It also calculates wrongly if the shipping is taxable on all vendors at checkout page. However, we have fixed all the calculation issues by ourselves.

Actually we believe Dokan is a potential software but we suggest the developer team to recheck the calculation formula and workflow. Wish you all the best! ??

I just want to mention, this is not at all Pro version issue. It’s issue of this free plugin as all clculations are part of this. Commission distribution is also done here.

Now you guys are just showing a report page in Pro version so it can’t be called as Pro feature.

In free plugin you display “Sales” and “Earning” stats in seller dashboard, that’s also wrong.

Anyway, I am happy to hear that you atleast pass this issue to your team to check.

Otherwise, I have no answer to your answer when you said WooCommerce + Dokan = a Banking system ??
