Report Button Not Showing

    Hi there,

    The report button is not showing anywhere. The block button is showing only on members directory page.

    Shouldn’t the buttons show up on individual profiles?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @sankalan,

    Yes – the button should be on profiles, however I note from your email you are using Youzer, which isn’t currently compatible. The good news is that the upcoming version of Block, Suspend, Report will have Youzer support. Even better, this support will be available in both free and Pro versions. We are close to the final testing stage, so I hope to push the new version out within a few weeks.

    I really do not care about the free version. I will love to get the pro version. How many weeks do I need to wait?

    Haha, that is fantastic news!

    Most of the new functionality has now been added, and I am soon to start testing. So honestly only a few weeks to go.

    Version 2 is now released, with some Youzer support. I’d be grateful for any feedback.

    I’m using Buddyboss but I don’t see the Block nor Report button with the Free version. Is there an option to activate those for Buddyboss profiles? I may look to get the Pro version if I’m happy with the overall functionality.

    Can you see the suspend button on profiles?

    If you are logged in as an admin, you will see the suspend button. Try logging in as a normal user. Admins cannot block or report for obvious reasons.
