Report Blank Email issue

    Hi there,
    Firstly, Thanks for creating a great plugin!
    We want to report an issue on your plugin:
    You are using include_once under admin -> templates -> default.php, It will cause blank email content issue if We use wp_email 2 times.
    Please use include instead.
