• The 404 template was not applied in the tags and custom post types section. For example, if a phrase is added at the end of the page address and the value 404 is returned, the 404 page is not displayed, and if Breadcrumbs is used, an error will be encountered in the search console.

    For example

    valid url: https://example.com/article-tag/blood-pressure/
    404 url: https://example.com/article-tag/blood-pressure-drugs/

404 template was not applied and And the archive page template created for the tags is displayed with an empty value and the page title not found. If the Bradcrump schema is also used, with an error Unparsable structured data and 1 invalid item detected.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting Elementor.

After investigating your case, I can confirm we are experiencing a bug related to the issue you are facing. I wanted to let you know that the issue has already been added to the system backlog and should be reviewed by our developers, who will investigate this behavior further and provide a solution. It should be addressed in one of the upcoming updates.

Currently, the workaround is to switch the permalink settings in your WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks to?Plain.?I do not have an estimated time when a fix will be released, but you can follow our changelog here:?Changelog of Elementor?.

I’ve now added this support ticket to the report, so hopefully it will be resolved soon. It might be helpful to reach out to your hosting provider as well, as they might have a workaround solution to this as well, as permalinks are tied to server and WordPress configurations.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We continuously work on extending the Elementor’s functionality and providing solutions for the currently known issues.

    Best regards,
