Reponsive issues in Colorway

    I have just made a site using Colorway from the worpress repository, and without changing anything but the colors in CSS, the right sidebar particularly is not responsive, all images distort when screen size is reduced, as well as in the body section.In fact generally the responsiveness does not seem to flow properly for the site.
    Other than that this is a very nice theme! please advise on what the problem might be caused by as this just is not working on smaller screens.
