    The client left a review (or asked a question) to the product. I answer through the admin panel. The client does not receive a reply to the mail. How to make the client receive a response to his email.

    1. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I see that this a screenshot of the Q&A section. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t yet have a feature to notify customers about replies to their questions.

    2. Can you please update the plugin to the version 4.18, deactivate any caching plugins that you might have, and check if the error is resolved?

    2. I have updated the plugin. It works now. But I’m not clear on how the caching plugin affects. I don’t have it on my site (even if I would have), the site caches hosting. How does this affect the work of the plugin? It turns out that I cannot use the plugin, because is there site caching? And suddenly it stops working again, how will I know about it?

    1. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I see that the reply was added to a review that was left directly on a product page. Our plugin is able to send email notification about replies only for reviews that were left via aggregated review forms.

    Unfortunately, the plugin cannot send email notifications for replies to reviews left directly on the product page. We do not have permission to send emails to customers in this case because they did not accept terms and conditions.

    2. Caching plugins are tricky. They can break other plugins or entire websites. So, if there is any problem, the first step of troubleshooting is always to disable the caching plugin.

    If it works fine now, you are welcome to enable the caching plugin. If you don’t notice any problems after that, it should be ok to keep the caching plugin enabled.
