    Hello and thank you for the wonderful plugin! I’m very impressed with the many functions available which are far beyond that of other similar plugins. For me, the only other thing I’d like to be able to do is to reply directly to customers in a more organised manner. I know this is currently possible with the ‘add note’ feature, however I’d like to be able to respond to them from the official web email ([email protected]) that I’ve setup which gmail recognises as authentic, and which already has my header, footer and other customisations added to it. Anyway, just a suggestion, thanks again for all your hard work!

    our plugin uses wp mail function,
    you can add your business email in wordpress using any smtp plugin like wp smtp

    Thanks for the explanation! I’ve got that all setup now. The only issue is that no ‘reply to’ address seems to be specified, so when the customer chooses to reply the email is sent to their own email address. Is there a way to rectify this at all?

    Looking at the email log I can see that the address that I replied to using the ‘add note’ feature is also the same address that the mail is being sent by. ie. the customer is getting an email from ‘himself’ when receiving my response..
