    Hi again,

    Everything seems to be working like clockwork. I did however find one strange issue (minor).
    When we reply to orders coming in our mailbox it wants to reply to our own domain iso the customer. This means for the time being we manually copy their e-mail from the order and paste it in the “to” field.

    Is this normal behaviour? The previous plugin I used did allow “reply to” with the correct reciever.

    @edwardcross I have reinstalled it several times and I keep having the same problem. It does not recognise the correct “reply-to” mail. The plugin works and there are no errors the the permissions. How would it normally identify the “reply-to” mail? Could it perhaps be a language issue?

    @edwardcross I will give a try today. I love the perfect autentification but my boss won’t like me as much it I increase his workload after our summer closure ??

    @edwardcross I tested the 1.7.2 beta and it is behaving the exact same way. Mails are coming in authenticated & auto-replies/orders are send to the correct mail adres.
    The reply-to adres is still our own mail iso the mail adres from the sender

    edit for extra context: all my plugins and wordpress are updated to the very last version (Woocommerce, Kadence Woocommerce mail designer, CF7, WPML, …)

    @dyin, so I’m afraid I can’t help as from my perspective everything is setup correctly (and indeed it works perfectly for me with Woocommerce and CF7). I can only conclude that the forms themselves are not set correctly regarding the Reply-To headers.

    Within CF7 for example, you need to make sure that under the form settings, under the “Mail” tab and within the “Additional Headers” box, there is an entry such as the following (without the quotes): “Reply-To: [your-email]”. The [your-email] text needs to correlate to the field name assigned to the form field text box that is populated with the individuals email address. Make sure this isn’t set to the admin email of the wordpress site. If there is no text here, the form will not set a reply-to header.

    One other thing you might wish to try (and you might need to do this on a test site) is disabling every plugin except for my mail plugin and a single contact form plugin. This will help ascertain if another plugin is causing the issue you’re facing.

    @edwardcross I will keep on testing until I find the issue. The thing is: both woocommerce & CF7 “reply-to” mails have always been working. Even now if I disable your plugin it works again. Same goes for the alternative I was using before (WP mail bank). But that plugin was trowing PHP 7.4 errors and was totally unsecure because it is no longer maintained.
    I hope I can find an issue but I haven’t managed to do so for over a month ??
    I was even looking at the Graph API permissions to see if there is anything wrong there. Perhaps an option that is disabled as a security mesure in EU/Belgium. They are kinda strict here.
