Reply-To NOT working!

We did set up additional headers as “Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>” (without the “)

but it doesn’t work ??

Tried removing the [your-name] part, removing capitalization etc etc

arghh

Cant figure it out. For emails, we are using the WP Mail SMTP pro plugin. Can you please help?
