• Hi,

When a customer is requesting a quote an email is being sent to the shop owner. The shop owner could reply to this e-mail and the reply address would be the address of the customer. This is no longer working. The reply address is now that of the shop owner. I’ve reverted back to plugin version 1.9.134 which solved the problem.

    Can this be fixed please?

    Cheers,
    Jaap

the normal behavior is to go back to the sender. We recieved some complaints about that and so we put it back to the normal behavior. I think the thing to do is to make this optional. We will move this into an option within the next couple of updates.

@gplsaver thanks for the info. I will wait for the option in a next release.

@gplsaver Hi. I see the new option and it is turned on but reply to customer instead of admin is not working. Can you check?

I am having trouble duplicating this. What version are you using? Can you update to the latest?

    Hi,

My customer tested again and reply to is not working as it should. Plugin is on latest version (in multisite setup). If you need access to test let me know.

“My customer tested again and reply to is not working as it should”

Are you getting the same result? What does it do? does it just go to the admin or “admin and the customer”?

Can you send us the email’s header to [email protected]?
