So, I am trying to update my MailPoet settings in response to the Google/Yahoo changes. However, despite following those instructions, creating a new domain based email, and updating my site and MailPoet settings, my emails are still being sent at least with the old reply-to email address (not leaving me confident that other settings updated).

It seems like I can’t upload an image/share a screenshot, but is this something that is common with a simple fix?

    Hi there!

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, the from address is already updated and the issue is with reply-to address?

If yes, can you please confirm that the default reply-to address is correctly configured under MailPoet → Settings → Basics, as well as any Emails you have configured under MailPoet → Emails?

The email is updated in MailPoet → Settings → Basics, yet these settings are not being followed.

I did not realize I had to update in MailPoet → Emails as well – I just addressed it there, and suspect this will fix the issue! I am currently working on a long post so it will take a little bit to confirm.

Thank you for the reply, and I will update once I confirm either way!

This is required depending on the original details entered while setting up the email.

Let us know how it goes!
