Reply To Issues

I have multiple forms that get delivered to my email.

In mail tab–>in From Field I have:
[your-email] <[email protected]>

In my form I have the field:
[email* your-email]

In the additional header areas I have:
Reply-To: [your-email]

I used to be able to click reply to the form submissions and I would be replying to the sender. Recently all forms are being sent as [email protected].

I want to be able to click reply and the email will go to sender. This just recently changed with a plugin update????

How do I get this fixed??
