Reply-To is not replying to customers email

Hi,

It looks like the name of your email field on the first step is [email-555]. Try using that instead of [email] in the Reply-To field.

I did use this: “Reply: [email-555]” on first and second step. But it is not working, that’s why I come here to seek for a help.

Thanks, but when I set up this on second (final step) is shows me:

Invalid mailbox syntax is used in the Reply-To field. with a link to: https://contactform7.com/configuration-errors/invalid-mailbox-syntax/

Meaning it does not want to recognize this shortcode from the first step. How is possible to resolve that?

The core contact form 7 plugin (and even this plugin) cannot tell what other forms are connected so there’s no way to get rid of that “error”. Even in the multistep tag the url you put in there is to a page, not another form. As long as it works, you can ignore the error.
