• Hi. This is kind of a weird one.

    We have a client that the reply-to header is not being added to certain emails. When looking into the issue it seems it is only happening with a single submitter that has a long email address with multiple subdomains.

    The email address format looks like this:
    [email protected]

    Is there some sort of validation problem that is causing this to occur?

    I hope you are doing well.

    Please share the Post SMTP Diagnostic test report and share a screenshot of that email header.

    @pierrehooker Hi,

    Use this Beta version and test this issue and let me know.

    Try to test it on your staging website or create a backup of your website and then test.

    Thanks

    @haseeb0001 thanks I will give it a shot!

    @haseeb0001 just curious, I noticed the fixed plugin you provided installed in addition to the already installed version. So I disabled the non-beta plugin and enabled the plugin you provided.

    Will this regex fix roll out in the next regular version of the plugin? Essentially Im wondering when I am safe to disable the beta version and continue using the regular version?

    Thanks!

    Yes, you can update the plugin 2.2. We have just released the fixed version with new features.

    Let me know if you face any issues.

    Thanks
