I just sent a newsletter preview to someone in our organization, and he asked why the “reply-to” address was [email protected]. Good question! The reply-to field in our newsletter is and always has been info@[ourdomain.org]. What the heck? Is this just in previews, or have my subscribers been seeing this false reply-to address all along? And of course, I’m very curious to know how the heck a gmail address that we don’t own got into our newsletter, whether or not it’s just in the preview. Does anyone know?

Update: I found the same fields in Settings -> Basics, and that one had the Gmail address in it. I don’t know how it got there or why the same fields in the newsletter form had different addresses, but I think it might be OK now.

    Hi there @craighaggart,

Glad to hear you were able to find the setting to update your reply-to address!

And yes, it’s hard to say where that would have come from. I can confirm it’s not some default address used by the plugin.

As you’ve indicated that it should be OK for now, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread.

Take care, and have a good one!
