Reply-to Error

The name of the form-tag is email, not your-email.
Change to: Reply-To: [email]

OK. Your original mail-tag was correct. So, first revert back to Reply-To: [your-email] in MAIL.

Now, the reason for the error is that the email field in the form is not required(*), so this reply-to address could be empty. So, in the FORM change to [email* your-email] and the error message should stop.
