    Good evening,
I haven’t been able to get the Reply-To: [contact-email-address] additional header to work. When I submit the form, I get the success message but in Outlook when I hit reply on the received message, it brings up the From address and not the data from “Reply-To: [contact-email-address]”.
I’ve spent hours looking for a solution and I haven’t found anything that resolves my issue. Any ideas? Any suggestions are appreciated.

PS: I’ve also tried adding a Bcc: [email protected] to additional headers and that hasn’t worked either. Not sure what else to do.

Where can we see the website?

What settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    OK, they look fine.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the website?

    We use a homegrown theme.
As far as plugins, we have several, including WooCommerce, Contact Form DB, Fast Secure Contact Form (because of the recent issues with FS Contact Form, we’re switching to Contact Form 7). I tried disabling Contact Form 7 in my local dev environment and the behavior was the same. I could try disabling all plugins other than Contact Form 7 and see what happens.

According to my tests the sender and reciver mails no longer accept the tags. It works only when i set a real mailadress with the same domain. Havent investigated further but it started in the latest updates. Previous i used [email] tag.

    Hi Takayuki,
I found that the WP SendGrid plugin appears to be the culprit. When I disable the plugin, the reply to: information works. When I enable it, it defaults to [email protected]. I wonder what is conflicting?

    Hi again,
I replaced the WP SendGrid plugin with SendGrid’s own plugin and now the header information works.
    Thank you for your help!
