Reply to Comment has no action

    Hello,

    When I click on ‘Reply’ to a comment the url changes to URL#respond but no input box shows up to submit a message for that comment.

    See here,

    https://lockandrolltennis.com/viewer-comments

    url just changes to,
    https://lockandrolltennis.com/viewer-comments#respond

    In my Discussion Settings I have these checked,

    Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article.
    Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
    Allow people to post comments on new articles
    Enable threaded (nested) comments levels deep

    My comments don’t require admin or previous approval.

    How do I make the ‘Reply’ link show some kind of input for each comment?
