    The Reply-to field is being stripped from gravity forms notifications emails, so that the reply-to field is blank in my notification. I need the reply-to field to carry through so that my team can simply click “reply” to an email notification they receive and it reaches the customer. Using latest version of both plugins.

    Thank you for contacting us and considering the Post SMTP plugin. In the Post SMTP plugin, there is an option to add ‘reply-to’ field. You can add this field in Dashboard > Show All Settings > Message Tab.

    That lets you add one single reply-to email address. in gravity forms you can dynamically select the email field {email} so that when you reply-to, you are replying to the customer. your proposed solution doesn’t work.

    The Post SMTP plugin is an SMTP plugin that maximizes the deliverability of all your emails and routes the email of your site to your respective mailing socket. You can only add reply-to, multiple recipients, BCC, and CC through the Post SMTP plugin.
