Reply to a review

Hi there, I’m using comment rating with listable theme (that you know of course). I’d like to know if that could be possible to a listing owner to reply to a review (like trip advisor) because if it’s a bad review, the listing owner would be able to defend.
and would it be possible that the listing owner have an email notification when someone write a review.
And finally, my review appears from the older to the newer. that should be the opposite. something to do with that ?
