    The Reply To is not working. I receive the email from my
    customer, but when I hit reply, it puts my email address in instead of
    the customer’s email.

    Please make sure Email (email field) is selected for Reply to (if different from ‘Email From’) option in Form Options > Email options > Email to Administrator section.
