I want to reply to the review publicly from the front-end.
All users should be able to reply in reviews, not only admin,

Hi,

Our plugin does not support allowing other customers to reply to reviews, only the shop owner can reply to reviews on the backend. You can use the feature Q&A to let the customers ask and answer questions of other ones on the frontend.
