Reply message / email in same language as the ticket creation

Hello I would like to know how to set the tickets to stay in the same language as they were created.
Example :
I am creating ticket in German and the email comes to me in German, but when a reply is added from the admin panel the second reply is in English. What are the settings the tickets email to stay in the language of their creation ?
