reply form to a different page instead after the comments

I’m using wordpress in iframe on my front page. The space is quite small and I dont want people to scroll down it at all in the frame. So I’d need comments to open in their own page and the reply form to its own. So that there would be a link to reply below the comments and if zero comments it would go straight to reply form.
Any help would be appreciated. thank you!
