• Last week my web host moved my site from one of their servers to another. Since then my WPSP has not worked properly. After a ticket is submitted (via e-mail) the plugin will now send a reply e-mail and create a new ticket for their submission every 5 to 10 minutes. I have tried disabling e-mail piping (which disables e-mail altogether but at least stops the e-mails) and I have tried disabling and enabling the plugin but when I have e-mail piping turned on it will continue to send out reply e-mails and create new tickets for whatever the latest e-mail submission is.

    Any ideas?

    Please check is there any forwarder added for piped email address.
    Also can you please check that piped email does not belongs to any user email?
