    Can a moderator explain why my reply in the mentioned topic has been deleted?

    I’m in contact with the devs on github about solving this issue, but I wonder why relevant posts randomly seem to silently disappear.

    That post was removed because you were jumping on someone else’s topic. Please don’t do that. What seems to be the same issue to you may be a totally different problem. One problem, one topic.

    Well, actually I was not ‘jumping on someones topic’. It was not a ‘I have the same problem please help me also’-kind-of-reply. I understand the confusion but what I mentioned was very relevant and the TS’s proposed solution would cause side effects. My solution is now included in the fix on github.

    I often respond in these forums to help out others but it’s not nice to see relevant answers deleted.

    Thanks for clarifying, though.
