Sorry for the delay in replying. The reply box you’re seeing is a standard page comment box that is part of your theme. You should be able to turn it on and off on a per page basis depending on your theme.
To turn it off go to the back end of your WordPress install and open up the page editor for that page. You should see an area under that says “Discussion”, there should be two check boxes there. You’ll probably want to un-check both of them.
If you don’t see a discussion area then look in the upper right hand corner of the page for “Screen Options”, click that and a box will drop down where you can select “Discussion” this should add it to the page so you can un-check those boxes.
