• My goal is to compare prices between Amazon and Ebay and I have installed the plugin alongside Woocommerce. I was told for “Connecting a store” I need to install a second Woocommerce integration plugin which I did but this message doesn’t go away at step two and does not allow me to proceed. Kindly reply as soon as possible on how I can resolve this issue.

    Unfortunately it looks like our plugin isn’t able to help with your main goal. We can reprice your items on Amazon against other sellers, but this does not include comparison with eBay.
    ChannelUnity can list items on eBay for you though.

    To address your connection issue, all you need to do is go to Woocommerce > Settings > ChannelUnity tab. In here enter the login details of the ChannelUnity account you wish to connect. Save the changes and that’s it! The account will then be linked.
