When users on my site submit a form, the notification is sent to me without issue. However, when I reply to this notification, my reply arrives in the spam/junk folder for my users.

This is getting in the way of my ability to reply to support requests. I use Brevo for my SMTP, and the email address itself is from GoDaddy. I have already tried to follow the steps/guides regarding this issue available on WP Forms website with no success.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @voxlabai,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Considering that the issue is only when you reply to the notification using the email address from GoDaddy, I recommend reaching out to GoDaddy to share this issue.

You’re likely using an email client (like Outlook or Apple Mail), and would need to make adjustments to prevent the issue. Or you would need to reply to notifications via GoDaddy’s webmail. The GoDaddy support team should be able to help you with this.

Another option would be to create another account in your email client to answer notifications using Brevo SMTP. This should allow you to prevent any email delivery issue.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @voxlabai,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
