Replacing the TO: variable in outgoing emails

I am currently using Caldera and I have a form on a CPT page that uses a meta field from the post as the outgoing email address. Can I do that with CF7? Basically, the form on the page needs to be sent to the person in the CPY, not me. And it will be different on all the individual pages displaying the CPT/form. In Caldera, for the Email Recipients field, I am able to use {embed_post:exh_email} and it picks up the value from the page field. Since Caldera is going away, I need to replace it and I am looking everywhere for an answer. Regardless of anything else the form program does, it has to do this or I have to hand code the form myself. That is not out of the question at this point.
