replacing the jumbo headline

    Hey, can I replace the jumbo header with a widget slider?

    I am not that great with html or any coding and I’m pretty much learning as I go along. any help would be appreciated.

    I have an “amazing slider” to put in that I think will look cool just beneath the main row of pictures.

    also, I want to get rid of the comments box at the bottom of each page but I’ve tried following the instructions to go into the discussions area on wordpress and un tick the box but it doesn’t do anything at all…? am I missing something?

    so, looking at the home page compared to the other pages, the “home” header is located way down the page and when I turn off the jumbo headers, there’s a big blank space between the top of the page and the “home” header… how do I change this please? as this might help me with my slider dilemma. thanks…

    I am very interested in a solution for this as well.
