Replacing Text In Emails

Hello,

We are building a website that is handling orders a different way. User’s will not really be “ordering” items. But registering instead. For example, we want to replace the “Order Details” heading with “Registration Details” as well as the “Order number:” and “Order date:” text. What is the best way to go about this with this plugin/extension?
