I did a split test on a page that was the static front page (Settings–>Reading: Front page displays: A static page). The previous page ended up being the loser in the split test.
When I declared the new page the winner, everything worked great except that the winning page did not get replaced as the static front page. Instead I needed to manually re-select the page from the list and save the new settings to point to the new page. Which was easy to do, but I’d like to suggest a further find/replace of the old id# with the new id# to avoid those hiccups in the future.

    Hi @jansportw,

Thanks for the heads up on this, it sounds like a small bug. I’ve raised a ticket in our system to check it out!

In the meantime the workaround you’ve done is exactly what I would suggest as well. Just manually reset the static front page setting under the Settings.

Thanks again for the bug report!

    Cheers,
    Josh
