    How would I replace the site title (Appearance > Customize > Site Title) with my logo?

    Thank you in advance.

    go to Appearance>theme options>Header Logo Image – just upload your logo and save.

    it’s in the <body> tag….you can change this color by adding the following at the bottom of your style.css (in editor) and change the #303030 to whatever color you want ie for white #ffffff. hope this helps

    body:before {
    background:#303030;
    }

    Changing theme files is not a good way to make changes – use a child theme or custom CSS options/plugin.

    Hi. I have added a Header Logo Image as described above in General Settings but the site still displays with the site title and tagline when I am not logged into WordPress.

    I have tried clearing my cache but it did not help.
