Replacing Page Primary

Hey guys. I set up my site so that I could replace the Page Primary Sidebar with a custom sidebar configured in widgets. It worked really well and now all of a sudden it has reverted back to the Page Primary sidebar and I no longer have option to replace it in my edit page. Where there once was a Page Primary to replace in the sidebar tab on the right hand side in edit, there’s now only the option to replace the post primary which doesn’t help me.
