Replacing Old Links With New Links

It’s not a good idea to have multiple values with the same key in a URL query string. I’m not sure how exactly the Amazon server handles them. They might take the first one or it could be the latter.

By the way, the & character is used to delimit query parameters. So tag=sweatygamin04-20#038&, might be interpreted as your tag is sweatygamin04-20#038 not sweatygamin04-20.
